Materials and Care

Leather and rope collar made with double strands of rope and hand-painted edge stained leather.
Solid brass buckle and D-ring.
Hand wash in cold water with gentle detergent, avoid soaking the leather. To maintain the leather, treat with leather care products.
If polishing the brass fitting, be mindful of touching the flat rope to avoid staining.

Choose Your Resolution: We offer a refund (excluding shipping), store credit, or an exchange.

Send It Back: Items must be clean, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. You’re responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We’ll Guide You: For returns within South Africa, you can drop off or courier the item to us. For international returns, we will provide you with the closest return address (UK, Germany, or USA).

For Faulty or Incorrect Items: We will cover the costs and make it right for you.

We offer a 6 month product warranty: Valid from the date of purchase providing you have proof of order or the original receipt.
