You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our studio.

If your order includes any Loop pre-order items, your entire order will ship together from 18 May. If you’d like non-Loop items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

No. If you choose and pay for express shipping, it will only take effect once your order is dispatched from 18 May. Delivery timing is calculated from the dispatch date, not the date of purchase.
