Email Us Within 14 Days: Send an email to hello@chommies.com with your invoice/order number and the reason for your return.

Choose Your Resolution: We offer a refund (excluding shipping), store credit, or an exchange.

Send It Back: Items must be clean, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. You’re responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We’ll Guide You: For returns within South Africa, you can drop off or courier the item to us at 110 Hatfield Street, Gardens Cape Town. For international returns, we'll provide you with a return shipping quote upfront for your approval, manage the collection, and handle all customs documentation to ensure your return arrives back in South Africa smoothly. For Faulty or Incorrect Items: We will cover the costs and make it right for you.

We offer a 6 month product warranty: Valid from the date of purchase providing you have proof of order or the original receipt.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items (like engraved tags) cannot be returned.
