M-Small vs. M-Large → What's the Difference?
Both the M-Small and M-Large collars are the same length, but the M-Large features a larger buckle. Choose the one that best suits your dog’s style and comfort.

Each dog is different, even within the same breed. To avoid any sizing mishaps, please measure before ordering.

How to Measure Your Dog
To find the perfect collar size for your dog, measure around their neck where a collar would naturally sit. Use a flexible tape measure for the most accurate results. If your dog has a thick coat, measure snugly but comfortably around their neck without causing any discomfort.

No tape measure? No problem!
Use a piece of string or rope instead. Wrap it around your dog’s neck, mark the length, and then measure it against a ruler.

For growing puppies or dogs with particularly thick coats, we suggest leaving a little extra space by placing three fingers between the tape measure and your dog's neck. This ensures a comfortable fit and room to grow.

Spot clean as needed using a mild solution.
Lay flat to dry.
Rinse after exposure to water, sand, or salt.
Polish brass fittings as needed (avoid contact with webbing).

For international returns, we'll provide you with a return shipping quote upfront for your approval, manage the collection, and handle all customs documentation to ensure your return arrives back in South Africa smoothly.
